(February 1, 2019, 7:56 pm)We love this gym- the facility (yay pool!), the classes, the options, and the trainers.
I was bedridden and in a wheelchair for almost all of 2018 and still have major disabilities and need a cane or a walker. I don't know how to work out and gain muscle because I can't use most of the equipment.
I've had two Personal Training sessions with Sue so far and WOW. She really listened and considered every aspect of my individual needs and made creative and fun workouts to help me rebuild the muscles I need to help get some of my life back.
I'm truly excited for more training sessions with Sue.
I absolutely recommend AMFAM to everyone. -

(January 19, 2019, 11:51 am)I love the amount and variety of equipment. I like that the gym is open 24 hours and that the courts also stay open. However, I do feel that a child needing to get a full price membership in order to use child care is slightly ridiculous.
