  Amazing office! The front staff really goes the extra mile to make sure you understand what your insurance covers and rescheduling is so easy and hassle free. The back staff is great at explaining the treatments recommended and ensures you are comfortable during your visit. Dr. Williams is family oriented a great doctor which is a BIG plus for our family! Love this office and the people that work here!

  I am new to VA and took my daughter to a dentist about a month ago. I was less than pleased. I decided to try somewhere new for myself in hopes of finding an office my whole family would transfer to. I was so happy with my experience today. I left a voicemail Saturday, got a phone call back today and was able to see them within an hour of my return call (I am sure that was due to the luck of a canceled appt, but still!) The staff was all very pleasant. I will be transferring my daughter here and referring my fiancé ASAP. Great experience, up to date technology and treatment.

  The staff is so patient and nice. It is nice to be treated with such kindness. Bekah was very patient with me and spent time with me on the phone making sure I understood my appointment and insurance. My first visit was very welcoming and I was made to feel like I had been a patient for some time. Thank you!

  This will be my family dentist forever. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to children. I took my 6 year old to another dentist in the area Monday (12/17/18) and was told he had 8 cavaties and needed $1650 worth of work that my insurance would not cover. They talked me into choosing the general anesthesia by telling me horror stories of the other choices. They quoted me and I just couldn't pay that so took the quote and left. Something seemed off with that office so I called Family First Dentistry to get a second opinion. I was seen the very next day (12/18/18) . Went to the appointment and Dr. Williams looked over the x-rays that were taken at the other facility and then gave my son an exam. Guess what? Nothing needed to be done. Not one thing. They couldn't even find the cavaties that the other office was talking about. I will forever be a patient there and will recommend them in a heart beat. The office is top notch, top of the line equipment, and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Can't say enough good about them!!! ????
