(January 15, 2019, 3:43 pm)So I started my journey to find tires, I went to a bunch of different shops none of them really had any good performance tires that I was really looking for, but Firestone came in clutch, they had a nice set of 225/40/18's that I needed which were good quality and very nice looking. I came in originally and talked with Desmond the tires sales soon to be manage really nice guy he got me all set up and it was time for him to go home so I was traded off the Jay who was also a very nice guy. I had to come back the next day because we had forgotten the wheel lock key and the tpms sensors for my car and they went above and beyond to help me come to a solution that would end up helping me out. I believe I'll be getting a new set of lug nut bolts and wheel lock keys as well. They are very customer service oriented and very friendly with everything, they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or anything like that they came in got the job done and fixed any wrongs that came along the way. I would 100% reccomened this shop for future tire maintenance Jason is my go to make sure you aks for him when you stop by.

(January 13, 2019, 7:31 am)Realized I had a punctured tire about 5:30 on Saturday night as a snowstorm was beginning. I work at the local Hospital and am essential personnel, so I have to get to work. Website indicated they closed at 6, so I called to make sure they could help if I could get there. Tech that answered the phone could not have been more polite and accommodating. Once I arrived about 5:45, they got me in and luckily were able to patch me up. The Techs I encountered were very professional and courteous even though it was so close to closing. I also had an opportunity to chat with the Manager of the account while waiting, and was really impressed with his experience and level of engagement with both the customers and his Team. My only regret is that I do not remember everyone's specific names for recognition. The level of service I received seems to be such a rarity in the service industry these days. Thanks for all the help, and I will definitely return.

(December 19, 2018, 12:16 pm)I really like firestone and use this location quite often. They are not the cheapest out there, but they seem to do quality work in a reasonable amount of time. It would be nice if a tire rotation was included in an oil change, but it is what it is. I have never had them use high pressure sales to sell me something I do not need.
