  Absolutely the best customer service. I was able to browse without any pressure. I will return again if I need any more furnishings. ...And "The Rock" was friendly, helpful, hilarious. I really enjoyed spending my money there. Thanks so much.

  Overall it was a pleasant experience finding the furniture I was looking for at Regency. When it was all over and being loaded into my truck I was pleasantly surprised how much care the gentleman on the loading dock took to make sure everything was placed safely and securely to avoid damage. I give Regency a thumbs up.

  Excellent experience. The salesforce is pleasant and attentive but no pressure or hovering. The manager happened to be walking past and stopped to help me with my entire transaction from start to finish. I did not realize he was the manager until the end of the transaction. This was my first time visiting a Regency Furniture and it was only after leaving three other stores on that Black Friday day. No other store treated me as well and helped me as much. I ended up canceling an order I had previously made with another store and getting my money back after I purchased with Regency. Going forward, Regency will always be my first stop. I highly recommend it.

  I enjoyed my shopping experience with Regency. They were helpful without hovering or pressuring, which I appreciate. I was given the opportunity to shop at will, yet someone was there to answer any questions.
  
  The prices were awesome, and they gave me every discount available. It appears to be quality furniture, so I was happy with the purchases I made.
  
  My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I have to wait so long for delivery. I am hosting Thanksgiving, and was hoping to have the living room furniture by then. It still may happen! Keeping my fingers crossed!
