I'm not sure where to start with this. Well after running over a concrete island the cast iron suspension knuckle was snapped. I was freaking out and knew this was going to be a expensive repair. Fearing the worst I took it here first since they were so good with my car inspection just months earlier. Shah walked me to my SUV and showed me all what was damaged and what needed to be fixed. Having a visual was super helpful with understanding everything. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of the repair. Sajid at the counter was so very polite and he allowed Shah to drive us home and pick us up when the vehicle was ready. It's little extras like this that will make me come back in the future. I wish all businesses cared about its customer's like they do. If you are reading this guys thank you so, so much!!!!!
Amazing auto shop that cares! I rolled into this shop out of desperation. My check engine light had come on and all power to my car was gone. Shah quickly assessed my car, and fixed the problem. In addition, he didn’t just fix it and throw me a bill. He showed me the problem, explaining why it was an issue along with the steps of how to fix it. I greatly appreciated the visual. Prices and wait time were very reasonable. Several days later I had another issue that was unrelated to the first. He quickly took care of the issue. It was minor. A hose had popped off. He would not accept payment for fixing the hose. I felt like he needed to be payed for his time. He still declined. It was that moment I realized he truly is in this business to help people. Everyone at the shop is kind and welcoming. We are thankful for the unexpected encounter, and will continue to use this shop in the future!
This Mechanic has kept my 14 year old vehicle running and humming low, like a sewing machine. It all started when I took my car to him several years ago. My head lights would only work if they were on high beam, then the signals started to malfunction. The dealer estimate was $800 I felt that price was seriously inflated. I decided to check a few local garages for a better estimate. This man quote me $289 I couldn't believe it. He explained what was wrong, the parts he needed and the amount of time it would take to install it according to mechanics labor book. This was my first experience with a mechanic that was that open and honest (who was not a relative). He keeps all of my cars working smoothly. If you're looking for someone who knows what he is doing, honest and always does a great job. Give him a call. He is a great mechanic and he will give you a fair honest price for any repair.
Shah is very professional and knowledgeable, he kept me updated step by step during repairs and worked around my work schedule, I would recommend him to anyone who wants an honest macanic with integrity.
Shah repaired our 1994 Saturn! Yes, it’s that old! The only reason it has lasted so long is thanks to the experts at Cross Roads. Fixing it up for daughter at college. We trust them with all our vehicles????
