She clearly cares about her clients and made us feel very comfortable and at ease (not to mention excited) about the whole process. When I came to get the ring guard for my ring (which is absolutely stunning), post proposal (they are resizing it after the holidays so we can show it to all our friends and family), both Katie the store manager and were so friendly and kind. Fink's has given us a one of a kind experience, and has made us feel like family. We are so grateful. Thank you again!

(December 22, 2018, 3:55 pm)Great customer service, Kelley & Britani took care of me trying to duplicate an emerald ring I bought my wife12yrs ago, it was her favorite. My request was a special order and I received the ring before Christmas as promised! The ring looks exactly like the photo I gave them of the lost ring....I am pretty sure my wife will be very pleased. :)

(November 14, 2018, 10:55 am)My fiancé and I came in to Fink’s after going to a few other chain jewelry stores and not being satisfied with what we found at those. We definitely should’ve gone to Fink’s first! The entire team was so incredibly helpful, they didn’t push us to purchase something right away and let us contemplate our options for what felt like forever that night! The greatest part was that we couldn’t decide between 2 different rings and the Sales Rep suggested that we have the best of both worlds. She sent our ring off to their jeweler for a custom one of a kind wedding band. We couldn’t be more pleased with the product and the team at Finks!

Even bought an Omega from another store and originally went to Jared to have it sized however they wanted to charge $40/link! Went to Finks and they sized it free of charge. Amazing staff, knowledgeable team and family friendly environment ❤️
