  We love this place,always stop here to eat on our way from Morehead City to western PA. Shepherd's pie and the salmon are delectable. Service is top notch and staff are super friendly. Last 2 times we had the berries and custard desert, though, we were disappointed, as they deep fry the pound cake slices,and both times, they tasted like the grease needed changed. Would prefer the pound cake not fried.

  This is the place to come if you love great food, awesome beer selection and want to be treated like you are their favorite family member. If you have not been, you are missing a special experience. Check out the awesome burger I eat for the burger challenge during their 10 year anniversary.

  The banger's and mash were amazing, fantastic flavors. The Gouda stuffed burger was delicious. Great beer selection. Great staff. Loved it !!

  Great food!! All my favorite English comfort foods. Reasonable prices. Great atmosphere. Great service. Will definitely go there again.

  Really great service. My group loved the apps we got: fried Brie, fried pickles... Burgers were great. Fish and chips were yummy. Had the steak salad. Steak was perfectly medium rare. Lost a star on the very sad "berries and custard" dessert. We didn't like the fried pound cake at all. Was very dry and the berries and custard (which was really a vanilla sauce) didn't seem to make up for the dryness. I was a bit sad. My son loved the brownie dessert, though. And again... service and ambiance were top notch.
