  So so glad I found Square 1 & Sarah J Fitness! I enjoy each one of my personal sessions with Sarah. I was looking for a trainer who would push me and show me how to properly complete workouts & I found just that! Definitely recommend her spin classes as well! Great workout, great music and great people!!

  I started going to Square 1 because I never felt like I never knew what to do when I went to the gym...so much equipment, people staring, feeling judged etc. Square 1 & Sarah J have already made me a lot more comfortable and confident in the gym and I have only been going here for about 2 months. Now I look forward to the gym and love my different workouts each week! You rock Sarah J!!
