Cross Country Couple

I was looking for an oil change and to have some headlights replaced, and I called and spoke to Dennis for a quote. He took the time to see if he had the bulbs in stock and listened to my concerns. He gave me a price range over the phone to replace the bulbs that was high, but promised to let me know exactly how long it would take and assured me that he would give us the best price possible after looking at the vehicle. He let me know that his garage was capable of fitting and lifting a high top van of our size.
When I arrived he introduced himself and had the information handy from our conversation on the phone so I did not have to repeat myself.
As agreed over the phone he looked at the van and his quote was much less than I anticipated, and for this I was incredibly grateful. Dennis and his crew were very professional and skilled and explained everything to me along the way. The wait time was minimal and the cost was fair! -

(December 27, 2017, 4:50 pm)Made an appointment for oil change and state inspection. Have used this place for the last 4 years since moving to VA and trust them. I was in and out within a reasonable time frame with no surprises. Car was finished and pulled out front within an hour of my appointment time. Entire crew is always professional and courteous. Will continue to use them!
