I never thought in my adult life I would be leaving a review for septic services, but in this case, I had to! Marshall's has not only been prompt and professional, but has gone above and beyond! I cannot express my gratitude enough for all of the Marshall's team that has been working at our residence over the past few weeks!! They truly came to our rescue and saved the day. Thank you Marshall's Septic!
We bought a property next to our home that has a building with an apartment upstairs. Unfortunately, during construction the owner died and there were some questions about the septic. I called their office yesterday and had an appointment this morning. Vonda came out and was very helpful! I have used Marshall’s in the past and have always been so pleased. They have my business and my recommendation!
Stopped by their office and requested a tank pump out - no rush. I was scheduled a few days later and they arrived today and on time. The operator (an ex-Marine with a quick wit) made fast work of finding the second opening to the tank (I had located one) and proceeded to complete the job at what I felt was a reasonable cost. Although I may actually need additional work done on the old septic system (first installed in 1964) - I sure could and will recommend Marshall's to others.

We had a drain backup at our house and as a first time septic system owner, I wasn't sure if a plumbing or septic service was needed so I started with a plumber. Unfortunately, the plumber wasn't able to fix the issue.
Jimmy and Chris from Marshall's Septic showed up and I could tell when they got out of the truck that the problem was going to be fixed. How? They seemed to be having fun and extremely motivated to get to the problem. I told them what was happening and Jimmy told me what was causing it before he even started.
As expected, Jimmy and Chris had the blockage freed in about 15 to 20 minutes, all while sharing stories and teaching me about septic systems.
Here's the best part. Once they left, I called the company to leave a compliment for the work performed. It turns out that Jimmy is the owner. I would have never guessed it since he refused to let the younger Chris dig the hole.
Like I said, I could tell when they got out of the truck that the problem was going to be fixed.
