(January 8, 2019, 11:24 am)I first went to tidewater trail animal Hospital several years ago when I adopted two cats from the Fredericksburg SPCA. At that time the doctors and tecs were very friendly and took their time with my cats. The thing that I really appreciated is that it was apparent they really cared and did not try to run unnecessary tests to run up the bill which seems to be typical of many veterinary offices. I recently adopted another cat and chose to get her vaccinations at Tidewater Trail Animal Hospital. I'm not sure if the staff has changed, but it had a different feel. It wasn't a bad experience at all, just different. I continue to bringing my pets to Tidewater Trail.

(December 30, 2018, 2:06 am)Very helpful and service is great when have questions answered them if they didn't know the answer would find out the answer for me and they are very nice always have a smile act like you and your pet is the only one that is there and they always make sure your pet is doing good and if there's anything else they can do for you they make you feel like you are somebody they know you and your pet and family as soon as you get there and know who you are you are not just another number or person walking through the door they make you feel like family and nothing else matters but you and your pet happiness and health they really do care and it shows in everything they do the minute you walk thru the door thank you for being so thoughtful and caring yal have always been there for us and always made my baby girl feel comfortable and enjoy coming in to see yal even if it was just to stop in to say hi keep up the good work yal have always had the safety of my baby girl and her health always in mind thanks again for everything yal do
