(March 14, 2018, 1:28 pm)Shannon walked me through the circuit training and it was definitely helpful. She is a very knowledgeable trainer and encouraged me every step of the way. You have access 24 hrs a day. Very clean and modern equipment. Joining this gym is the best decision EVER. Thank you William and Shannon for your time, knowledge, instruction and great establishment. I highly recommend this gym.
