She was an absolute mess about it, and multiple employees did their absolute best to calm her down and distract her, by talking to her about school, the shirt she was wearing, her favorite thing to watch, letting her sit on one of their laps, offering cookies, anything. The patience and care shown by these employees (I wish I remembered their names) was absolutely outstanding.”
