“I am currently in recovery here at ARC, have been since around July 2018. It’s my first time being in recovery but I must say it’s been a great experience so far. Dr Williams pays a great amount of attention to each and every one of her patients and leaves no one behind. If you have a hard time opening up in group discussions, she does very well in placing you in a group she feels like you’ll be most comfortable. Also, if you do feel like you need to talk to someone on the side, she is more than happy to talk to you one on one and she’s a great listener with even better advice. The only way you can fail in this center is if YOU are not doing what you are supposed to be doing throughout your recovery. Dr Williams understands that there is a process to recovery, but you must understand that you have to want this for yourself to complete your recovery successfully. I have been to Dr. Stine's Clinic for back pain, knees and shoulder injuries. Beside the treatment, Dr. Stine, is the physician that would emphasize the nutrition being a major part of healing and wellbeing. Whole Plant -Based Nutrition Food (Diet) that he encourages to be implemented it, that, works without counting the calories or extensive workout. As a senior, after a few sessions of the treatment, I am back to my normal activities. I could walk about two miles on different terrain/ landscape, swim for an hour, 4-6 times a week, gardening, beside my household responsibilities. The Clinic has professional employees, and time to get to the treatment is less than 5 minutes to the appointment schedule.”
