“We are having a problem with our water heater and it was something unusual frank and his sons came here at around 7 at night..they were tired and it didn't stop his professionalism or using the opportunity to teach not only his sons but me too! His sons are polite and hard workers. It was a pleasure and I can't say that about any other HVAC company.Brenda is as sweet as they come and I trust her completely. .I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs this type of service as it would be silly to go anywhere else.Thankfully there are still some old school company's around that still care about the average family they are hard to find”

“First of all, i do not typically take my time to write reviews.... that being said, I am writing this review because of the ease of my experience in buying a vehicle from 3 Star and Tim. My experience with Tim was very simple, NO pressure, and super easy to work with. He was extremely accommodating, helpful and understanding. He allowed me to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic of my choice, agreed to make a replacement of an item on the vehicle, and is also very well known and respected in the mechanic field in the local area. I had an issue with the aftermarket alarm/remote start system, that I was not familiar with. I pushed too many buttons and somehow tampered with the programming. Tim came out to my RESIDENCE to try and assist me with fixing it, on his OWN TIME, in the rain! That's customer service folks! I recommend Tim and 3 Star to anyone who wants honesty, respect and great service. It made purchasing a car very simple.”

“I went into this dealership to test drive a 2003 Hyundai Sonata with less than 100,000 miles. The car has very little problems, and has been kept up in maintenance. All fluids were changed and had new belts when purchased vehicle. The guys there were super nice and helpful and I hope to come back another time when I’m ready to buy a new car. Thanks guy!”

“My husband James and I can not THANK SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL enough for taking our 4 dogs into their shelter during & post our November 6th eviction from our decade long rental home. Our Jack Russell Teddy Bears- Spunky and Bam Bam are the best dressed homeless dogs in the area in their new winter sweaters. They are spoiled rotten running around our motel and motel room. Rocko and Kiana have moved to Rocko's birthplace in Caroline County. They lucked out that my husband found a friend with two empty kennels in his backyard. A financial stretch and a challenge for us to care for them daily but after a few days of almost nonstop barking they have settled in and quieted down. “This guy is GREAT at auto upholstery. I took two front seat cushions to get reupholstered and he finished them with great results in a timely manor. Seams were straight, foam was in place and seats sit very well. This is not a big fancy shop that has several employees on payroll with a waiting room, coffee machine, and loud speakers going off. It's just a man and his machine. Take your auto upholstery needs here. This place gets two big thumbs up.”
