“My children have been seen by this practice for 12 years. The doctors and staff are wonderful. They know my children and I by name and give them personal and attentive service. The few times my children have been very ill, the staff all went out of their way to work them in with very little notice. Contrary to a previous review, the front desk staff have always been kind and attentive to us. They have even gone out of their way to accommodate my urgent request for forms to be filled out and signed by the doctor when I had neglected to plan ahead. I believe that the $10 fee that was referred to was for REPLACEMENT copies. When we get new shots, we ask for an updated copy of the shot record while we are there, no problem. You may have a hard time getting them to answer the phone during the first 30 minutes and last 30 minutes of the day, BUT they are all working to reach patients with critical lab results that were processed overnight and then finish up the last patients of the day and the ones that got worked in due to illness. The patients that need them the most are getting their attention, just as you would want if it was your child with the critical lab results. They have a busy practice, but you and your family will feel like you are getting personalized attention. Their medical providers and nurses are experienced, skilled, and kind, and their front office staff is attentive and welcoming.”

“I would probably give this practice 5 stars if it were still Rappahannock Pediatrics and was being run by Dr. Aaronson. The nurses and doctors are still great, but their new phone system needs work and the wait time was disappointing long. We've been going to Dr. Aaronson for over 11 years and I can't ever recall waiting so long to see a caregiver. There's nothing here that can't be fixed, but I hope that "Mary Washington Medical Group Pediatrics" doesn't become too corporate. It's definitely giving the practice a much-needed technological upgrade, but let's not forget about the basics.”

“You can dump so many things without charge that other countries I’ve lived in charged for. I’m pretty satisfied with the services our taxes provide in this county. When the convenience sites aren’t busy the attendants always help me unload my household waste and the employees at the big dump are always are happy to answer my questions or provide assistance. The dumps, parks, animal control, every county service I’ve ever used has exceeded expectations.”

“My daughter attended k-4 here and absolutely loves it. In my opinion the school is great. In the 5 years my daughter attended I think we probably had an issue with a teacher or a student less than 5 times. Problems get handled efficiently and effectively. The staff is great, especially the school counselor. I would recommend this school to anyone.”

“I moved into a three bedroom apartment alone and I can honestly tell you that my stay has been a good one. But, the management staff does a great job of getting issues resolved in a very timely manner and has made my stay a pleasant one. Not sure whats up with all the negative comments being made. My three bedroom is spacious and has the right layout for my office. I work from home most days and the floor plan is absolutely just what I need. The only negative is the neighbors above me. They are awful and inconsiderate. The kids run through the apartment and the teenage boy I believe bounces a ball in the apartment. But, because its an apartment and they pay rent too, I have managed to tune them out. It is what it is. Joy, the property manager is always on point with any issue I've ever brought to her and the maintenance staff do a good job of maintaining the apartments and have great landscapers. I've searched other apartments in Fredericksburg after leaving Baltimore and for the money. Kilburn Crossing offers the best for the money and space.”
