Tim helped us with our order. I apologized that it was a long order and stated my kids were hungry from moving and unpacking all day. He responded with “tell your kids to enjoy lunch, welcome to Fredericksburg and lunch was on them” Kindness like that is what will keep us coming back. “I went here to get my 8-year old daughter's flu shot taken care of today. She was an absolute mess about it, and multiple employees did their absolute best to calm her down and distract her, by talking to her about school, the shirt she was wearing, her favorite thing to watch, letting her sit on one of their laps, offering cookies, anything. The patience and care shown by these employees (I wish I remembered their names) was absolutely outstanding.”
