  Please extend our appreciation to Mike and Merriam for their excellent customer service and dedication for a job WELL DONE (tile cleaning/seal and granite counters cleaned/sealed/polished)! We were going to go with another company, but their customer service rep who answered the phone was rude and abrupt in her responses (smart choice cleaning). After speaking to Merriam, she was very kind, thorough and even followed-up the day prior to ensure Mike had all material to handle the job before coming out. Mike is a veteran who truly loves his job; he's respectable, thorough and ensured all safety measures are put into place (protecting our corners, stairs, walls, carpet, etc). Thank you both for your outstanding customer service and superb job!

  I'm a Chem-Dry convert. Mike did an amazing job in my house! He worked his butt off for 5 hours and I'm amazed at how clean he got all the carpets.
  
  I have used a few different companies, usually from Groupon. They seem cheaper, but charge me extra for my carpet type (which is normal looking carpet), extra for deep cleaning, stain removal, etc. Somehow they ended up more expensive than this session with chem-dry, despite using groupons, and are nowhere near the quality. Chem-dry got out stains with a normal cleaning that other companies couldn't get out even after charging for stain removal. My carpets look and smell better than ever.
  
  I also can't recommend Mike enough. He is incredibly hard working, skilled, knowledgeable, and great at his job!

  After contacting 3 other carpet cleaners (that never showed for an estimate) I contacted Chem Dry of Stafford. To assist me with getting carpets cleaned at my job. And they showed up. lol! Mike was awesome and informational with the procedure and expectations leading up to the cleaning and aftercare for our carpets. Awesome company would definitely recommend.

  Awesome service and knowledgeable staff. Mike was very accommodating to our needs by presenting us with many options and taking the time to thoroughly explain what each service provided . He answered all our questions and gave professional insight based on what he saw in our home. Scheduling was easy, service was affordable, quality work was appreciated. We will use them again and refer friends in the future.
