Honda Service

I had a flat tire of all days it was on Valentine's Day ????

In front of Trader Joe's. So I called Honda and they sent a man out right away .

They were more concerned about my safety instead of my flat tire .

The first thing the woman said to me on the phone is " are you alright and are you safe "
And do you have anybody with you. "
That touched my heart.

in fact the man had two calls ahead of me and he took me first .

He got to me fast . I felt safe . I knew as soon as I saw him ,that everything was going to be ok .
He said " that he couldn't let me sit in that parking lot all alone ".

He fixed my flat . He was Very professional and treated me with such respect. He was so kind to me . A gentle giant .

Thank God for Honda Service .
