    Great place, always been helpful. Not 24/7 though, unsure why we still have individual agent offices these days when there are massive service centers that can handle anything anytime.

    Chris Payne is a uniquely conscientious and diligent insurance agent. She knows the ins and outs of property and casualty coverage and is meticulously professional. She never pushed me for a sale and is always super friendly.

    I have worked with Chris and her office for a number of years through claims and everything else and I can't say enough about her and Allstate. You can be sure that they will always be honest and fair with you. If you have a question they will never tell you to call the corporate office like my old insurance company did. They will answer it for you. Thank you Chris! You are amazing.
