(January 24, 2019, 6:05 pm)The staff is friendly and welcoming. I have gotten help from Kevin Murray at the service desk the last two times and he goes over and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with your service.
I also like that I can sip complimentary Starbucks Chai, coffee... Sit in chairs watching TV, or go into the quiet room to work on my laptop while I wait. They're also just across from Target, so you could get some shopping done while you wait.

Their customer service is superb, everyone is very friendly and genuine! I have never felt pressured when shopping with Pohanka. Dana was our sales representative and did an awesome job working to get me into a new HRV at the price that I wanted! Highly recommend him!

He showed us everything we needed to know about the new car and got us all set up before we left the dealership. We highly recommend Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg and especially working with Jay!

Corey in sales was very personable and paid a lot of attention to me. Financing thereafter also went smoothly. I drove the extra distance to buy my new Honda Pilot car and I am glad that I did.
