(July 31, 2018, 10:05 am)I have been a residential customer of Rick Carney Irrigation for the past several years and I have always been very pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of the work they perform and the product. They have been out to my home twice in the past few weeks due to issues caused by a fence company and as always the work has been top notch and the representative very professional. Great company.
(June 10, 2018, 10:45 am)I try to call it fair when it comes to writing reviews. I’m not the person who only writes bad reviews or only good reviews. I’m like many homeowners, and perhaps a bit to the extreme…I had a very specific idea of what i needed for irrigation. Rick Carney provided personal and very professional attention to my project. We walked the property together despite nasty weather and came up with a plan that matched exactly what I needed (and at a reasonable price!). Trust that you never know all the details behind a negative review, especially when it lacks detail. I wanted a team that took my project seriously, and they did. I wanted a team that would install the system with attention to quality, and I believe they did. I wanted a team that minimized the signs that a new system had been installed, and within only weeks you cannot tell it was done at all. I wanted the system and the heads to be placed/tuned/aligned exactly to minimize water waste, and it is nicely tuned. I wanted a diagram of the system’s underground network so I knew exactly where all the lines ran through the property (I had 20 zones and roughly an acre of coverage), I got a nice diagram prepared by his team as a courtesy. Perhaps the best indicator of my satisfaction is whether I would choose Rick Carney and his team again if I had to do it all over…knowing what I know today, I would only repeat with them and wouldn’t chance it with another provider.
(March 27, 2018, 6:42 pm)Had our RainBird irrigation system installed today. The work crew led by Morgan did a wonderful job. The explanation of the control panel at the end was great. Mikey was such a hard worker as well as the entire crew.
Bob helped us negotiate the meter and with his patience and persistence it was an effective process.
Highly recommend Rick Carney Irrigation.
(March 27, 2018, 1:57 pm)Rick Carney Irrigation has been a great company to work with. Specifically Bob, he has helped me install 2 systems in the past 6 years with out any issues. I have also referred him to several clients of mine and neighbors. All have been extremely happy with how well the system works and easy it is to manage. I would highly recommend that you reach out to Bob if you are considering an irrigation system for your home now or in the future.
