  The best customer service I've ever gotten at a mechanic shop, My car wouldn't pass emission and they helped me figure out what the problem was.

  Place was awesome, wait time may suck but it was better than all the other places I went to first. Helped me with all my issues and stopped my headache. Totally worth checking out. Girl at the counter is nice

  The young lady name Ana was very friendly and greeted me as i enter.

  As a pharmaceutical rep I am on road most of the time and I heavily depend on my car. Was told that i need brake pads and rotors replaced, shopped around for couple of days to get a good deal plus a reliable mechanic. Took my car to this location as well, spoke to the manager Dennis, who was very professional and respectful. He explained the diagnosis along with the cost which was so far the best I had found. They were quite busy that day so he asked me to leave the car and pick it up around 4pm. By 4:15pm received a call from him that my car is ready. Went to pick it up, did a test drive with a mechanic and it was all fixed. I am very happy with the work done on my car.

  Thank you Meineke!! It was a real blow yesterday when I had to pay for a $770 fix for my car but you fixed it the same day. When I came back today to ask about a noise you not only diagnosed that problem but also fixed it for FREE because you knew I spent so much the day before. And my car now sounds great! I’ve been loyal to you since I moved to Stafford in 2012 and this is why! You value your customers and care about making their lives easier! This is not the first time you’ve been good to me. In the past you have informed me about recalls for my vehicle when I come in with a problem and have saved me money in that way too. You never pressure me to spend more than I need to but inform me about all that is going on with my vehicle every time I bring it in. You guys are the real deal! You are knowledgeable and considerate and work to get problems resolved quickly!! Thank you to Dennis and Steve for making my day. It means more than you know. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
