  We were looking to rent around Stafford and sent of a bunch of viewing request, Doris was the main person who contacted us back, and after looking at the other reviews decided to go with her. She came in on a Saturday and took us around until we found somewhere that worked for us. She was great with communication and letting us what was going on. Would definitely recommend.

  We just purchased our first home with the assistance of an amazing professional, Renee Williams.
  Renee’s expertise and advice was invaluable. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, and maintained great communication from start to finish. Renee was responsive at all times, and patient with all of our repetitive questions.
  She instructed us throughout the entire process, constantly following up/ reminding us on items and helping us stay on track, along with keeping the seller on track. We never had to worry that something was slipping through the cracks on her end. With Renee’s help, we managed to close on our beautiful first home, and could not have been happier with our experience. We highly recommend Renee to everyone!

  Renee really came through for us. My wife and I are first time sellers and Renee spent so much time with us explaining everything in detail. Her knowledge, experience, and customer focus was unbelievable. I will pass on her contact info to everyone I meet that is either looking to sell or purchase a home. Her marketing campaign really performed well. Our house was on the market for less than 24 hours and we received an offer at asking price. Unforgettable experience, and it was all due to Renee.

  This was my first experience with buying a home since I built my first home nearly 30 years ago. I recently relocated to the Stafford, VA area and when I decided to purchase a home, I did an on-line search and found that Century 21 scored the highest in the on-line reviews. I requested some information from Renee Williams and was contacted the that same day. We met to discuss my requirements and I quickly discovered that I chose the right person. She is high energy and very enthusiastic. The entire buying process was fully explained to me and Renee went right to work. Renee demonstrated a very thorough knowledge of the local real estate market and found a number of homes that would meet my needs. The advice she gave to me for the specific homes’ features as well as the future resale potential was invaluable. We found my new home, quickly put together the winning offer, and we were under contract the next day. She was outstanding in every aspect and I couldn’t be happier.
  
  What impressed me the most with Renee was that she was so responsive and in fact, she anticipated my questions. She worked with the lender, the home inspector, and the seller’s agent to ensure that the process was smooth and that everything would be in place for the settlement. And, it was!
  
  Renee is very friendly, always upbeat, and extremely personable. She took the time to learn about me and not just my ‘list of house requirements’. It was truly a pleasure to work with her. Renee definitely makes you her priority and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Real Estate agent.

  Renee Williams was a true blessing to my family. After a bad situation with a previous realtor, she came in from day 1 and took over with authority and confidence. She was dedicated to our needs and making our home sale at the right price. The communication between Renee and I was key for all transactions and repairs which developed a positive relationship between us all. I wish I would have found her from the start of listing my home on the market.
