  DOC Auto has a comfortable lobby, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. We've used them for almost three years, and have been pleased with their work. They tend to encourage extra services, even when we've only mentioned we want one thing fixed. I had to get a tire replaced and wanted the state inspection done; they reported that another tire was bald and wouldn't pass the inspection, and if they were to replace two tires they wanted to add a wheel alignment. The alignment ($110) cost more than average (about $75). That being said, they are understanding when I don't want extra services. I appreciate their attention to service, but wish their prices weren't as high.

  Been going here for several years when we need car repairs. Very good mechanic's with a good philosophy on business. Honest friendly staff. Parking tight. Offer shuttle service . Very small office, do offer coffee and snacks. They even give you a little TY gift. Your car is clean when you pick it up. I appreciate that. Never had a problem here with service or repairs.

  Extremely friendly and very competent. And my kids love the fortune cookies. I'll definitely go back.

  Customer service was great! Complimentary shuttle while my car was being serviced! And they picked my up when my car was ready. Thorough explanation of what my car needed and I didn’t feel like I was being “upsaled” Great people doing great work. I’ll continue to bring my vehicles here for services.

  Awesome service!! When my vehicle wasn't going to be finished before I had to leave for work, they gave me a loaner for that day and overnight. They vacuumed the interior and cleaned the windows. Will definitely use their service again.
