Absolutely A+ service!!! This is my third home and this purchase was the best by far!! Professional, Detailed Oriented, Precise, Customer Oriented, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Have just finished closing my second loan with Patrick at MBH Settlement in Stafford. They were very professional and thorough the first time I bought a home so I knew my refinance would be a great experience as well. I refinanced this time with an online bank through Zillow so it was nice to work with Patrick because he was very unbiased and spelled out to me every aspect of the closing documents while never getting agitated or rushed. I think I could have asked 1000 questions and he would have stuck in there until I fully understood what was going on. In my entire loan process MBH settlement was the most important player to me because of their ability to spell out the loan and advise me as to whether or not I was going in the right direction. My lender was pretty adamant about using their title company and said they would not be able to close on time with any other company. So I called patrick and he said he could close tomorrow if needed and for less cost. My loan officer was doubtful but I assured him That MBH is a 10 out of 10 for professionalism and they will get it done. Sure enough it all worked out perfect. Maybe other companies do title work well but, I will be using MBH settlement every time guaranteed.
