Dr.Soliven is the best Doctor we've had at Sentera Pratt Medical. She's efficient, courteous, never leaves us waiting for long periods of time. And makes certain that she addresses and treats all our medical needs. We used to see Dr.Moss but she would spend only 15 minutes with us and would talk more about her past medical problems and how she overcame them (like a pep talk ) as if that would make our health issues go away with positive reinforcement. She would keep us waiting up to an hour each visit and we could hear her outside our exam room talking and laughing with staff while her patients were waiting to be seen. I once went in on a emergency basis with some serious heart issues and she left me in the room for over and hour while she attended to her other patients with less serious medical problems, I finally walked out and drove myself to the emergency room. I was admitted for Heart failure.
Janice Soliven would never allow that to happen. She is a wonderful and caring Doctor.
I always look forward to visiting my doctor. I have not had such an experience for almost a decade. She is patient and kind.
