  My Girlfriend and I have eaten here and I have to say....It is hands down the BEST BBQ I'VE EVER HAD. I am 42 years old and have eaten BBQ from many places in many states all over the south, but none compare to the meals we've had here. The brisket if you don't know is one of the hardest meats to get tender. The brisket from here LITERALLY MELTED in my mouth. I can honestly say that out of the thousands of BBQ meals I've eaten in my lifetime, NONE WERE EVEN CLOSE TO AS GOOD AS WHAT I HAD HERE!!!! On top of that they make from scratch their own BBQ sauce, kick a** cornbread and sides that will make you go into a food coma. Then when you come out of your coma they have homemade deserts for your sweet tooth, that's if you can find room in your belly to fit them. I cannot give this place enough praise. If I could I'd give them a MILLION Stars!!!!! If you come thru Stafford Virginia you must stop in to BIG BAD W BBQ, have a seat, relax your feet and give yourself a real treat, of the best BBQ meat this side of the Mississippi. You will not regret it!!!!

  A simple BBQ joint that hits the spot. Had a delicious beef brisket sandwich that I poured habanero BBQ sauce on... tasty! Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean (to include the bathroom), and service was speedy. What more could you ask for?

  "Auntie" Geraldine makes a majority of the food. I had to apologize to her for living only 5 minutes away and waiting this long to try out their food.
  
  Ribs are super moist and tender. Their barbecue sauce is some of the best I've ever had. Brisket was absolutely delicious. But those sides- mac'n cheese, potato salad, collards, and yams were cooked to perfection.
  
  Like sweets, well they've perfected that too-- lord the sweet potato pie and apple cobbler was out of this world.
  
  You've got to try them out! This will be a regular spot for my family.
