  Very quick and good packing. Unpacking was a challenge, would be better if women would do it, was not good organized. Remaining empty boxes were picked up quickly. Minor items damaged, but were not pointed out to us.

  The quality of our total move experience prompted me to write a review for Hilldrup.
  I have moved many times and found their service stellar. Pete was our estimator. He was efficient, professional and offered an array of moving tips that were helpful...even if we didn't go with Hilldrup. Pete helped us save money despite this move being bigger and longer than most I've experienced.
  Maria served as our liaison throughout the process. She was responsive and FAST! This was especially helpful as we did not have much time to prepare for our move and I had just been injured in a car accident. Not only was she responsive, but also routinely reached out to check in with us during critical activities. Lastly her service extends beyond the move by helping us track down an item of sentimental value that didn't get picked up in the packing. She's been there all along.
  
  Finally, my thank you wouldn't be complete without mentioning our driver and lead deliverer, Hemp! He's a hard-working, earnest, and friendly man. He and his two assistants made short work of the delivery and made the time together fun and enjoyable. I was also impressed by the positive things that Hemp expressed about working for Hilldrup - an employee sharing positive input regarding his employer is fine advertising indeed!

  These professionals come highly recommended! I was really impressed with their service and professionalism. I moved from Virginia to Florida and decided to higher movers last minute, instead of trying to do it myself. The team involved in this move, from the moving counselor to the crew that delivered my items and everyone in between, were absolutely amazing! I was very concerned about hiring movers, as I have never done so. Everything arrived in pristine condition and on time. They answered all my questions in detail and communicated with me frequently throughout the process. I was so pleased, I recommended them to my sister.

  I rarely write reviews but after using Hilldrup's services for my last move (a long distance move at that), I felt I must share how great they were. The customer service was spectacular! I used their pack and load service and I can honestly say I will never go back! Their packing crew arrived on time and were able to pack my entire apartment promptly and with no issues whatsoever. The entire crew was respectful and friendly and were able to pack and load my entire apartment (which has quite a bit of stuff) quite quickly. As for the move itself, it can be hard to predict delivery dates when it comes to long distance moves but they assured me from the very beginning that my stuff would arrive when I had originally planned and they were right. My stuff not only arrived on time but the moving crew at the destination even arrived early and got right to work. All of my stuff was moved in quickly and carefully. I can't praise Hilldrup enough for everything they did and their amazing customer service from the moving crews to the move coordinator (who walks you through every step of the way). I would recommend them to anyone and everyone whatever their moving needs (packing, loading, unloading, they do it all). Next time I move I know who I will call! To everyone at Hilldrup, thanks!
