  I have gone to this place twice, TWICE...and have been satisfied both times. My first experience was a life lesson. There was knocking coming from the engine area and I also needed an oil change so I figured that I would take advantage of a "half off diagnostics" promo this one mechanic's shop. Their diagnostic apparently showed that the engine was bone dry of oil and thus was the reason for the knocking noise. Disappointed I called around for quotes on a new engine, to which basically equaled a new car. Del's was on my list of requested quotes but I could not shake the original diagnostic and thus got a second opinion. I met with Brian and Chris and informed them of my given diagnostic, they were very welcoming and helpful and within the hour their mechanic Ricardo came back with a puzzled look on his face questioning why anyone would assume that anything was wrong with the engine? The engine in fact was not the issue but instead the knocking came from a warped brake caliper, an area the first mechanic's shop never even inspected. I paid half off for a diagnostic and in return received a half hearted assessment, but Del's followed through from beginning to end, even starting with the original assessment I gave them from the prior shop. Not once did I feel like they took advantage, and every occurrence they made sure to keep me informed on the progress of my vehicle. Brian and Chris may be the frontrunners of the business but EVERYONE is involved, it is like family and they go above and beyond to make feel that you are a part of that family. Which is why I returned when my alternator went out. Long story short, if you are looking for mechanical service with top quality and inclusive involvement from the staff then Del's is a place I HIGHLY recommend.

  I had a wonderful experience at Del’s and would highly recommend their service. They were very friendly, welcoming, and handled my needs in an efficient and professional manner. There were no gimmicks, my car was ready within a couple hours, and pricing is reasonable and 100% fair. I will absolutely return!
