Irina Dawson, M.D. Dr. Dawson completed her fellowship in Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology. While training at the University of South Florida-Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, she had the honor of serving as Chief-Fellow. Dr.
Dr. Peter R. Smith set out his shingle for the practice of Allergy/Immunology in the Fredericksburg area in 1972. Since that time, Dr. Smith has tirelessly advocated for patients with allergies and asthma by working closely with school district and public health officials to help develop emergency protocols for use in schools for children with these medical conditions.
