“RHPH as our wedding venue in January was the best decision we made. For communication, Richard (the owner) and Erin (our in-house coordinator) were very prompt in their responses. They always answered every question and sent the documents we needed in time. The property itself was clean and beautiful, even in the heart of winter. The bridal suite, men's cave, and the reception hall were aesthetically pleasing on their own. Richard and Erin were very kind and made sure everyone was helped. If there were issues at our wedding, as the bride and groom we had no clue about them. My wedding day was the best day of my life and Rock Hill had a lot to do with that!”

“I ordered something on the evening that the owner got back from vacation. I actually called and hung up when there was no answer, figuring it was too late. She called me back that night! It was a very large purchase, and I paid for expedited shipping in order to get it by the weekend dance recital. It accidentally got shipped as GROUND, when should have been 2 day. I noticed the next day. She was very responsive to my panicked email, and sent another item out that evening - and it arrived in time! She then instructed me to "refuse" delivery of the duplicate shipment, which I did. The service was top notch, and the shipping prices were half of other sites. I will definitely be ordering from her again. Also, you can call her and get opinions on items - she is an experienced dance mom. She is not unfriendly at all! ”

“This is a special shout-out to a young lady by the name of Kaylee. I spent about 5 minutes in the store with her this evening and she touched my heart in a way that I cannot explain. She is a real special person and we need more people in this world like her. She has a story behind her and unfortunately lost her brother to suicide. I hope that CVS knows how special she is and I hope that she gets all the recognition she deserves!! She told me that sometimes people think she is weird and that’s unfortunate that people don’t understand Autism. I will come back to this store soon just to visit her.
