“We went through the drive- thru at this Dunkin Donuts. We ordered 4 maple glazed donuts, a milk, & a coffee. We received our order & pulled into a parking spot to eat. When I opened the bag, I was dismayed to see 4 maple donuts, stacked one on top of the other, & no napkins or something in between the donuts to keep them from sticking together. I must admit though that the donuts were very fresh, soft, & delicious. The person at the window was very courteous.”

“I was so impressed with this family owned and operated mattress store. I've been searching for just the right twin bed, for our guest room, for many months. I get turned off by high pressure sales people and just leave the stores. The prices are so high, as well. I walking into this place, just this morning, and left owning a wonderful bed that didn't cost me a fortune. I was able to meet the whole family. They were all there, having donuts and coffee and running the show. I even got to meet 'grandpaw'. He introduced himself as such. They had my bed delivered within two hours of my paying for it. “I can't say enough good things about this business. The first time I went there, I had a blow out on 95. I was lucky enough to be at this exit. It was a Sunday and while I was contemplating what I was going to do, I looked up and there it was-Tires and More. They were open! I walked across the road, because I was worried that my wheel would be ruined or I may cause an accident if I drove there. It was obvious that the employees had just sat down to lunch and even though I insisted they take their lunch first, that I wasn't in any hurry, an employee got up and assisted me. He walked across the road and put on my spare, which was buried in the back of my work vehicle. I drove across the road, had two tire changed and was on my way. Even though I live in Maryland, I have been back and will go back again. This is how businesses used to be and should be.”
