(June 26, 2019, 6:09 pm)Great experience! Came by and gave me a free estimate for moving my garage heat pump. Gave it to me straight (tough job, 2 days), but it went exactly as planned. Ray was very friendly and answered all my questions, including the morning the job started.
Service techs were also friendly (and hard working!). Explained what they were doing, understood my concerns, and completed the job ahead of time and on budget. Left my garage in a cleaner state than when they found it. Everything they worked on looked amazing!
Only area for improvement is phone communications - make sure you call them and confirm everything. Receptionist is friendly and will get you taken care of, but being pro-active leaves something to be desired.
