    Excellent service with quality sewing machines and vacuums. The employees are very knowledgeable of the equipment. Fabrics are of the best quality. We have lost a lot of our fabric stores in Suffolk, VA. So happy that Tidewater Sew and Vac remain open. I will continue to support them.

    They can't repair Rainbow Vacuums here, can't really get the parts. They do sell some higher end vacuums. Awesome place for quilting, quilting machines, sewing machines and sewing supplies.

    I just purchased the floor model of the Handiquilter Capri 18 yesterday. I spent time getting to know the machine in the store. The shop owner and employees were very nice and bent over backward to help me with all my needs. I wish they were closer to me, but that can’t be helped. So far, very pleased with my decision to purchase from this store!

    I bought my machine here and as a beginning sewing student, I am learning so much about sewing and quilting. Becky and Jackie know a ton about quilting and share their knowledge freely. Customer service is great too when my machine needs maintenance.
