“For those who want to complain, first you need to understand that martial arts training is not for everyone. It is not FREE. It is not a place to come and think just because you have seen some martial arts movies, that`s how it goes, and you can tell the instructor how to teach your child. The instructor has the right to refuse you service, or terminate your agreement if he or she chooses. So if you want to come on here and try to make this business look bad, you need to look in the mirror. Be an adult and accept that you were not a good fit for that studio. You have the right to move on. I have been knowing Kyoshi Rivas for many years, and he has always been very professional, teaches very good quality martial arts that you can not put a price on. I have referred many people to his studio, and I think Suffolk is proud to have his studio as an asset to the city. With the knowledge of Kyoshi Rivas, any person that he accepts as a student they should be honored to have the opportunity to train with this great master of the martial arts.”

“Excellent customer service. Not just on one or two occasions, but on a regular basis. Last month, my mother came to visit and forgot her insulin. They literally did everything they could to help make sure my mother had her Rx within 12 hours of her landing. They called both pharmacy and her physician’s office in Vermont. My mother insisted on going into the store to personally thank them!! She was genuinely impressed and felt they went “above and beyond”!!! Lets just hope she remembers all of her meds on her next visit!!!! :)”

“I have been seeing Dr. Mapano for a little over a year and I just adore her. She has a very easy bedside manner which is a must for this overly anxious patient. She listens attentively, she explains everything thoroughly, presents multiple options and always makes sure that I have a choice in my treatment. I've had no trouble getting an appointment with little notice, the front desk staff is fantastic and with only one exception, I am seen with 10 minutes of my appointment time... oh, and the nurse who does my blood work - AMAZING!”

“Dr. Wing and his staff are everything you look for when it comes to a practice. They all have always been so welcoming, patient and responsive to my Concerns and questions. I was transferred to Dr. Wing at 28 weeks pregnant, I was very nervous and didn’t want a different doctor. After meeting with him, going on the hospital tour and talking with his staff I was very excited to have him. He and his staff made sure not only my self but my family was comfortable during my hospital stay, he has continued to listen to my concerns a year later during a PANDEMIC and do what he can to make me comfortable with my medical and mommy needs. I’ve never felt rushed during an appointment and he talks to me during the whole time period to make sure I know what’s going on during the appointment. I 10/10 would go here! Sometimes the waits are long but if you have the time I suggest going here. I’d prefer to know my doctor is a little behind on appointments than to be in and out of the office or feel I have no time to voice my questions.
