  This location is a location of its words they stood behind what they said and really took care of me. I know that these times are hard with everything that the world is dealing with and I wanna apologize to the service personnel at fire stone for being selfish and treating them with lack of respect and dignity.... Everyone should go to this location and enjoy the energy and passion behind everything they do.

  Normally I have good service at this place. But today I had a appointment setup for 7am for just a oil change. But they misplaced my keys. When I checked the status at 930am, they finally found it then I had to wait another hour. Total wait time 3 1/2 hours. I was about to give a 3 star rating but the customer service guy didn't charge me for the oil change. Free service.
