  The associate that assisted me was very helpful. I needed to get new windshield wipers. He took him time to find the best ones for my car that wouldn't break my pocket. I had no idea since wipers could cost so much...lol. The associate also replaced the windshield wipers in the rain

  Chris was the man. Had a dead battery and was headed to the gym and he installed and walked me through everything. Very professional, courteous and provided the best customer service. Thank you Chris!

  I went to the store to have my battery tested and found that I needed a new battery. I purchased the battery along with new wiper blades. The employee replaced both the battery as well as the wiper blades but in the process my windshield was cracked.
  
  I didn't notice the crack until I was driving home so I called the store and spoke with Kenny. He handled it in a VERY professional manner and asked if I could bring my car back so he could take pics (which I did).
  
  Kenny passed the info along to the store manager and the next day Chris (the store manager) called me to apologize for the damage and to assure me that he would take care of the cost. My windshield has now been replaced and Chris called to confirm and make sure that everything was to my satisfaction.
  
  I could not have asked for anything to be handled in a more professional and polite manner. From the moment I entered the store and the employee assisted me with my purchase until Chris called to confirm that everything was addressed, I have felt that they genuinely cared and they strived to make sure that they completed what was promised.
  
  Thank you Chris, Kenny and the employee who assisted (didn't get his name but it was only his second day of employment) for all of your kindness. I could have been treated like a "woman" but instead I was treated like a valued customer and it showed.
