Hair 360

First time at this establishment. I had a great experience. Alaina cut and styled my hair. It was very long and is now about shoulder length. Looks very nice and she gave me helpful tips on how to keep it that way. There was no waiting and the shop was clean and well kept. I will be returning for my next cut.

My daughter came in for her very first haircut in a salon. She was so excited and they made her feel welcome. The hairstylist made sure she felt as if she was number one while continuing a conversation with us as well. I will now return to have my own hair done. This place is very taken care of and well managed. Cant wait to make my appointment.

Today, I had a Japanese Hair Straightening appointment.

As someone who probably hasn't gotten her hair done in year(s), I was very nervous but my hair was super curly, hard to manage and needed a change. I always loved straightening my hair, but had been wearing my hair naturally for the last few years.
My appointment was at 10 AM , as soon as they opened. My stylist, Michelle, was on time. Before my appointment day I had a consultation with her to go over what to expect, pricing, aftercare, etc etc. So I was aware of the procedure before sitting down today.
All the staff members were super friendly, the place was very clean, and - at the time of my appointment- there wasn't many customer at this time- which i can appreciate!
The process was long; however, Michelle was swift, thorough and informational during my treatment. It felt like my own personal spa day!
After my session was complete and my hair was looking gorg, we went over products. I have very sensitive skin, so a lot of products can cause me irritation.
Michelle recommended some great products for me with my allergies in consideration.

I am a very satisfied customer.

I went to Hair 360 for the first time today and had my color done. Amber did an amazing job, my hair looked really great when she was done. It just did not come out exactly as I had expected due to no fault of Amber’s. Like I said she did a great job. Amber graciously offered to add a little more color for me to make sure I was completely satisfied. It looked even better when it was done. I really appreciate Amber for this a definitely recommend her!

This is my second time getting my haircut with Dale at Hair 360 and I will continue to go back. The environment is warm and welcoming and Dale always makes sure I leave Happy with the cut. Thank you, Dale and Hair 360 for such an AMAZING experience!!!
