Dr. Shenouda is very knowledgeable and takes time with her patients. Her demeanor is very calming and right away you feel like she will help you with any eye issues. She's thorough too. I'm impressed with her practice and will keep going back to her.

Staff is very compassionate and caring, Dr. Shenouda went above and beyond to get me to a specialist and get my eye pressure down. I’m grateful I went to her and looking forward to many more great appointments

Dr. Shenouda is awesome. She is very thorough with handling your treatment. She takes her time to talk with you and makes sure that all your questions are answered. The staff are great, helpful, and friendly. I live in Yorktown and I don't mind driving to Virginia Beach because I know that I'm going to get A-1 service.

Simply put, Dr. Shenouda and her medical staff (especially Stephanie and Jennifer) saved my eyesight when they heeded my plea for an emergency appt to treat a sight-threatening infection in my left eye. I did have to beg and plead with the office but they realized what was happening and fit me into their very busy schedule. Dr. Shenouda is an excellent, caring and highly competitive provider who really cares about our ability to see. I’m a writer and editor by profession and I owe my still working eyes to her instincts and experience.
