  If you need a safe space to unload the stress, anxiety and worries of life, then Reboot is exactly where you need to be.
  I’ve been going to Reboot for a year now, for therapy, and it has by far been the best experience that I have had. Therapy can be overwhelming and scary when you first start. And, the staff are absolutely great with making sure an individual is comfortable, and has all of the information they may need. Whether it is for appointments, insurance, payments, etc. The staff are professional, friendly, approachable, and ready to help.
  I have been seeing Jaclyn, and even though I felt extremely anxious first starting my therapy with her; she was willing to ease into it with me. Go at a pace that best works for me, and create an effective treatment plan in order to help me cope with anxiety and depression. She is professional, caring and ready to meet an individual right where they are at.
  The atmosphere at Reboot is calming and inviting. They offer so many different options for treatment plans, and there is something for everyone.
  I highly recommend Reboot. Their commitment and dedication to helping individuals, is excellent. Do not hesitate to make that phone call, to set an appointment up.

  Reboot is a wonderful practice. The space is safe and comfortable and the staff is competent and approachable. My counselor Jaclyn (who I worked with for over a year) was experienced, caring, and effective. I am confident that her peers are equally as helpful.
