My expectations for a gym are: cleanliness, knowledgeable trainers, welcoming environment, substantial proper equipment, and smart programming. Takeover meets or exceeds expectations on all counts. I’ve been going to this gym for about a year. There’s no drama. There’s no cattiness from trainers or members. The owners and trainers make a point to remember your name and greet you. They also coach every person in the class according to his or her ability. There are also flexible billing plans which is important when you travel for work like I do. Thanks CF Takeover for setting the bar.

(June 15, 2018, 8:02 am)Andy and his team of coaches are top notch. Super friendly, patient, family oriented, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. Andy accepts nothing but excellence out of his staff. And he's right by our side during the workouts, joining in! Carli, Courtney, Sean, and Sara are excellent and have been part of the Takeover family for years. You don't see overturn at this gym. Which is important!

(March 20, 2013, 10:03 pm)CTO is more than a gym, it is a family. Great Coaches and such a supportive group of athletes from young to old, beginners to experienced. It just doesn't matter here what level you are, the entire gym is there to push you and support you. All the coaches are amazing!!!
