  Located at 1496 Lynnhaven Pkwy VA, Beach. VA.
  Made me and my mom feel so valued!! He is such a wonderful man! His staff is just as awesome! I was so miserable with how I was treated at another store for close to 4 months I had my account botched service was terrible! Corporate told me to go to Jose store location and he will take care of my problems! I never waited for 3 hours like the other store and poor customer service!!! JOSE store had customers after customers all day ! But they all was given great service! Fast no waite ! Clean store best of all they wear ?!!! They keep you safe and you feel safe in his store! Now I love my service and my phone! I would not go anywhere but his store! Thank you so much Jose! Your a classy man! I love your store and staff!

  Jose, who helped us was amazing. He is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and all around a pleasant individual to deal with. Very pleased with this Metro store.

  I have dealt with plenty of cell phones companies before, but I have never been given the kind of star treatment Metro PC gives it's customers. Metro PC employees at the corner of Lynnhaven and Rosemont Road are AWESOME!!! They are always polite and respectful. I was so impressed with Kaitlyn. She really worked to get me the service I needed and one that I could afford. I was so pleased with Kaitlyn's help that I took my son back to get a phone. Kaitlyn is honest, fair, and a mother's best friend. All you momma's out there please see Kaitlyn if you need to get yourself or kids on a family line. I strongly suggest that everyone give them a try.... they are a sweet and honest group of people.

  Jose had me in and out. Completely satisfied with a new phone for my daughter with an easy to remember number. I described the phone I wanted for her and he knew exactly what she needed. Amazing service man, superb.

  My family and I switched to MetroPCS years ago. Jose the store manager and sales representatives are always willing to go the extra mile for my family’s phone needs. We only shop at this location because of the exceptional customer service we receive. They make it real easy to start with MetroPCS.
