Hy & Josh are an incredible team. It's never fun, never easy, and certainly not convenient when you need to file any type of claim. Josh undoubtedly made all of those negatives much easier to deal with. He is always on top of things and checking in, even when there is no claim involved! A true professional with what seems like endless patience and a wealth of knowledge. Communication is never a problem and flows clearly and constantly. If you ever have the pleasure of speaking with Hy or Josh you can quickly see why you would want either one of them as your agent. I will be a continued customer with Josh for years to come.

Josh Dress is amazing.. I was looking for car insurance, and even though he had a family emergency and had to go out of town he still stayed in touch with while he was gone, he let me know that he hadn't forgotten me, and when his trip needed to be extended he let me know. The moment he got back into town he texted me and let me know what time he'd be at the office the next day. The following day he called me from the office and helped me with a quote and what could help my rate go down, by asking if I needed renters insurance. He is friendly, kind, very understanding and most importantly he has great patience with me jumping around with what I wanted. If you need any type of insurance call him, email him or come into his office you wont regret it.
