Very well informed and clean nice storage facility, lowest price as well on a 5X10 climate controlled as well!

I have been keeping my items in this location for over one year now and I am more than pleased with this place it is very nice the staff are very friendly and everything is in a good safe place and I love the fact that it is climate controlled I absolutely love this place at highly recommend it.

Had the pleasure of having Charlotte Evans help me with a last minute move. She went above and beyond to make sure me and my family got what we needed and with excellent customer service!!! I highly recommend using them to anyone!!

I would especially want to give recognition to Charlotte, she has been extremely helpful and very friendly. Should any really read this, Charlotte deserves a raise for all she does for Prime Storage. Especially dealing with the customers. She is a GREAT asset to your company.

I recently rented a unit from Prime Storage Virginia Beach off of Lynnhaven Pkwy. The employees and staff were very professional throughout this whole entire process. Assistant manager Charlotte Evans went about and beyond to ensure the whole process was very smooth. Mrs.Evans had exceptional customer service skills as well as being very knowledgeable about every units and the accommodations. I will definitely be returning for all my storage needs.
