This is a review I should have posted years ago when I began seeing Dr. Ross & his staff.
It is a practice that truly goes above and beyond in patient care and empathy.
Dr. Ross is professional, articulate, gentle and caring in a Dental specialty not known for it’s gentleness. Susan R. has created a cohesive, personable & efficient administrative staff that are a pleasure.
While no fool would say they look forward to an extraction or dental implant, they are the sunny spot in an otherwise yuck procedure.
Dr Ross is so gentle and listens to my symptoms. His staff is exceptional with caring and so professional!!! So thankful to have found them!!!

Greeted with a big hello and very pleasant staff! Dr Ross is very thorough and explains procedures on terms you can understand.
I visited another periodontist before Dr.Ross' office and this experience was night and day!
Loved it as much as I can love going to the dentist.... Excellent experience... They are great people who work there and they really go above and beyond making your appointment be the best it can be.....
