With visitation currently being put on hold this facility does a darn good job with window visits and the room “ sunshine room “ that they use for visits really brighten up your spirit when your having a visit with your loved one. Kelly , Anita , Robin , Donelle and Taye does a great job with window visits , returning phone calls or even just calling to let me vent about my daddy being away from home for the time being

The entire staff in the facility is very informative about company policies. Very family oriented like staff. The Weekend Manager On Duty is just the sweetest lady I've ever met , everytime you call she sounds full of life and she also make me feel like my love one is in good hands.

My mother passed away while in Hospice Care at Concordia. From the moment we brought her there, the administration did everything to accommodate my mother's needs. The nursing staff, and the CNAs were all professional, caring and kind. I needed a place for my mom to have a little dignity in the end, and Concordia made that possible. Thank You.
