Dr. Lex provides individualized, whole-person care. Her extensive medical background together with her ability to think outside the box with regards to chronic illness(es) is a rare find. Dr. Lex and her staff are always seeking to learn and grow - this is refreshing! I leave the office empowered because I receive outstanding quality care and encouragement each time I have an appointment.

I have always been treated with respect when I've been to Vitality. I spent several years as a regular patient until I moved to NC. Dr. Lex helped me avoid surgery on my foot, walked with me during breast cancer treatment and and has been a major part of my wellness regimen. Her staff has been extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and has been willing to go beyond the norm for the patients. Whenever I return to VA Beach, I will make a visit to the office.

She has helped me with chronic pain in neck and back. She helped my nausea during pregnancy and all my pregnancy aches and pains. She's treated my baby since he was a couple weeks old for colic! I noticed a huge difference after he'd see her... at first it was a few days, but eventually it helped ease his colic until his next visit! (Every 2 weeks) Dr Lex also helped him recover from ear infections. She was a life saver for me with treating milk blisters and plugged ducts! I had tried everything I read online I saw my OBGYN & had tried the RX they prescribed and only slight temporary relief and it was going on 3 weeks! I saw Dr Lex and took supplements she prescribed and within 24hrs I was breast feeding again with out pain or issues! She really knows her stuff! We love her! And her staff are warm and friendly!
