Audio One

Audio One was AMAZING!!! They installed my overhead TV for my car and ensured it worked properly before I left. I will absolutely be choosing them again and again for all my car needs!

I had them install after market alarms on two trucks and only had minor issues . Point is they did excellant install and then had one system go bad they replaced fast and under warrenty . This place does top notch work and fast if any issues . Customer service is excellant . I will always go there for my needs .

I want to give Va Beach Audio one a standing ovation thanks to Bob and Chris for taking care of me I had a terrible experience at Chesapeake and The management got right in and fix the problem and not point the blame and I admire Va beach audio one for that I recommend audio one in Va beach to anyone if you have a vehicle and you want it done right go to audio one and talk to Bob and Chris they will and I repeat take care of you!

Looked at 4 different audio stores in the Lynnhaven area. Went with them as their labor rate and labor quantities were less than the competition. And then during the course of the install found out that everyone was fantastically nice and cool. My install had to change as there were issues with the equipment in place and we were able to pivot quickly and replace some labor charges for new speakers which turned out to be blown. Then a week later a speaker was cutting out and it was decided it was the old crossovers and me and the salesman where both like, "Why didn't we think to swap that out during the install?". Those were swapped out in 30 minutes for $0. So my original estimate and final price where within 10% ish of each other, goofs and changes were discussed in advance and later there was a quick repair done gratis. To state the weakest negative about the encounter in the history of the world, my only bad point was their soda machine didn't have a diet option...how lame! :) Seriously....these folks are super legit!
