Although we have successfully dealt with the initial reason for seeking out counseling for myself I still continue to see her regularly. We cover many topics together and very often I discover new insights about myself and others in my life. She works with me not only on understanding myself and situations that arise, but then how to change the patterns I've created in order to accomplish long term changes in my life. My most difficult relationships have greatly improved since beginning my work with Dr. Cook. She is not only knowledgeable and experienced in her field, she is caring, comforting and down to earth as well. I highly recommend her.

(December 2, 2014, 8:27 am)I am pleased to take this opportunity to a review of the fine counseling that I have received from this most competent and caring person. My case was a simple presentation of worry overloading accomplishment of daily activities. The counseling however, was anything but simple. Dr. Cook is in the process of guiding me in self exploration and "grounding." I will soon go on long term travels and Dr. Cook has suggested a wonderful way to continue our work via Skype..
I am glad to have this opportunity and would unconditionally recommend her.
